Responsibilities

  • Develop / evolve the Mobile App vision & strategy consistent with Fund and Member Experience digital-first business strategy that ensures the Mobile App is a leader in the superannuation industry for member self-service.
  • Create and maintain a rolling 12-month product feature plan that balances Fund product and service, channel feature and product lifecycle needs based on providing features that members value.
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for Mobile App epics and features so that they are clearly understood by internal delivery teams / partners.
  • Work with internal delivery teams / partners to ensure that they are designing / developing features for members consistent with user stories and UX design.
  • Maintain visibility of ongoing product performance, member feedback (eg. Voice of Customer) and Total Cost of Ownership, incorporating relevant changes / features / fixes into product backlog.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Mobile App internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the channel and changes related to strategic and major projects.
  • Assist in the creation of content for direct communication to members, external presentations and website production supporting the effective promotion and use of the Mobile App.
