  • Ensure team members have the necessary mindsets, knowledge, skills, and capabilities for success; inspire vision and strategy while fostering trust and engagement for triple win outcomes.
  • Coach the team towards high performance by setting ambitious targets, building trustful relationships, encouraging open feedback, supporting development, and addressing performance issues.
  • Track team capacity, define staff requirements, allocate workload, recruit and appoint staff, and promote networked working.
