Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and provide support to the Production team, including managing workflow for Production Assistants/Runners on set.
  • Collate and input production contacts into the central production directory, and work with internal departments (e.g., Security, Facilities, H&S) to ensure proper support.
  • Organize equipment, arrange travel and accommodation, and manage studio and catering options.
  • Build call sheets, production tracker documents, and shoot schedules to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Support the Producer in managing the budget, tracking shoot expenses, and replenishing production kit inventory.
  • Provide on-set production support, to ensure all needs are met throughout the shoot.
