 Xerotech Ltd are seeking a Production Line Lead – Module Day Shift to join our fast-growing team. 
 
 In this role you’ll get to: 
 <ul>
 <li>Operate production machinery.</li>
 <li>Adhere to standard operating procedures.</li>
 <li>Ensure workstations and machines are kept clean.</li>
 <li>Direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals.</li>
 <li>Monitor and assess employee’s performance, attendance, scheduling etc.</li>
 <li>Maintain safe work practices and ensure safety is a priority with all workers.</li>
 <li>Ensure that products are built in accordance with the production schedule.</li>
 <li>Ensure that the production team are adequately trained and competent.</li>
 <li>Work proactively &amp; effectively with support (Engineering, Quality etc) to resolve operational challenges.</li>
 <li>Participate in the interviewing and selection process for new employees.</li>
 <li>Identify and highlight continuous improvement opportunities.</li>
 <li>Complete shift hand over at the end of each shift.</li>
 <li>Perform other duties/projects as requested by your manager.</li>
