Responsibilities

  • In Ihrer neuen Funktion als Production Manager übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für unternehmerische Aufgaben in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Gesundheit, Umweltschutz und Qualität.
  • Ihr Team mit etwa 125 Mitarbeitenden, die größtenteils in vollkontinuierlicher Wechselschicht arbeiten, stellt ein breites Portfolio an Produkten mittels unterschiedlicher Technologien her: Batch-Reaktionen in Multi-Purpose-Reaktoren, Sulfierung, Sprühkristallisation, Sprühtrocknung, Mischbetriebe sowie Kristallisation.
  • Sie gewährleisten die Prozess- und Arbeitssicherheit durch die Durchsetzung aller Richtlinien und Best Practices, die Förderung einer sicherheitsbewussten Kultur und die Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen.
  • Zudem unterstützen Sie die Ausbildung und Talententwicklung und versorgen das Team mit qualifizierten Mitarbeitenden.
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass der Produktionsplan und die Anforderungen unserer Kunden erfüllt werden. Dazu fördern Sie die stetige Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse sowie die Optimierung von Energieverbrauch und Produktqualität.
