Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Product Delivery and eComm/eCare Product Owners within Digital, to support delivery of their strategy and roadmap.
  • Support the wider organisations roadmap, managing front door requests and ensuring they are impact assessed / added to digital front end eCare/eComm backlogs.
  • Establishing and proactively refining product delivery best practices and ways of working into teams beyond the discipline to develop maturity around planning and execution of work.
  • Ensuring delivery is transparent, predictable and sustainable, whilst providing value to our customers.
  • Forecasting capex spend and tracking actuals, to ensure burn rate remains on track and we deliver within budget.
  • Lead on release management, coordinating release schedules with other applications and ensuring end to end, UAT and BVT tests are executed to a high standard.
  • Driving a continuous improvement mindset and developing self-sufficient agile teams.
