What will be my responsibilities as a Program Manager, Culture & New Hire Experience?
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and evolving culture programs, managing the new hire onboarding experience, reinforcing Twilio's values, enhancing cultural engagement, assessing Twilio’s culture through feedback mechanisms, and establishing key performance indicators for culture programs.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational development, primarily in a remote-first global environment.
What skills are necessary for success in this position?
Strong strategic thinking, program management, communication, interpersonal, analytical skills as well as a deep understanding of working with a remote-first global workforce are necessary for success.
Is consulting experience preferred for this role?
While consulting experience is a plus, it is not a requirement for this role.
Will I need to travel for this position?
Yes, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
