Responsibilities

  • Execute a wide variety of go-to-market initiatives and programs (e.g., Networking sessions for leadership level talent, large scale preparation session for early in career to mid-senior level talent, etc.) to build Google’s short and long term talent pipeline and ensure the successful delivery of these programs.
  • Build internal and external communications in alignment with Google communication guidelines for promoting events to the correct audience and drive high participation.
  • Partner with external third party vendors.
  • Implement engagement and outreach programs to activate a high-potential passive pipeline to enable recruiting delivery team for hiring mid-senior to senior level talent.
  • Build data, reporting and insights to measure impact of our programs. Use analyses from past programs to develop recommendations for improvement and drive new initiatives.
