Responsibilities

  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to incorporate market intelligence into demand forecasts.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by developing and maintaining key metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, identify trends, and continuously refine models to improve forecast reliability.
  • Analyze demand variability, supply chain capacity, and inventory levels to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Generate and present regular reports on demand trends, forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and other commercial analytics KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance standards, maintaining data integrity and security across all analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure synchronization between demand forecasts and supply capabilities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the commercial planning and analytics function and other departments to ensure alignment of business plans.
