Responsibilities

  • Support current processes with respect to Due Diligence, Onboarding and Implementation (build on procedures through automation)
  • Help identify improvements in a simple, clear and concise manner to reduce/eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies
  • Assist with preparation, review and recording of due diligence documents submitted
  • Track communications to partners regarding outstanding documents
  • Assist with preparation of the partners onboarding and implementation packages
  • Ensure adequate documentation is received from partners
  • Build relationships and work closely with internal and external partners to gather data and articulate it into the manner needed
  • Assist with the alignment of internal documents with agreements/contracts
  • Attend management approved training as deemed appropriate
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
