To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and plans for information technology systems, platforms and/or tools to ensure efficiency and compliance; Managing and/or oversight of information technology systems and platforms and operational risks to ensure achievement of strategic priorities and to improve customer experience; Serving as an expert on platforms and system applications, applying knowledge in STEM education, strategic infrastructure, and integrated application development to advise and provide guidance.

Responsibilities

  • As the Educational Tools and Platforms Integration Manager in the Office of STEM (OSTEM) Engagement, you will be responsible for policies, procedures, operations, and other requirements needed to formulate, design, develop, and deliver agency and enterprise tools and platforms to facilitate and support NASA's STEM engagement efforts.
  • You will lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team in the development of the NASA STEM Gateway platform, and its operations and use.
