Responsibilities

  • Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs and has responsibility for Programmes and Projects to Clinical Centres and Patients, with a view of delivering the very best of IQVIA’s experience, expertise and capabilities.
  • Provide Management reports relating to Programmes finances and performance.
  • Provide input into project proposals and RFPs and participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for project/program status.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
  • Design, delivery and management of innovative solutions, projects for Clients.
  • Planning programs and project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Work with line managers to ensure that any study, staff or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved.
  • Ensure that staff work to the highest standard in compliance with current SOPs, relevant guidelines/policies and regulatory requirements.
