Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans for the implementation of corporate structure changes
  • Programme manage the merger or removal of corporate entities and resulting intra-group asset transfers, addressing any financial, legal, or operational implications
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal & CoSec, Marketing, HR, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment with the overall strategic vision
  • Coordinate with external advisors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
