  • craft over-arching narrative and identity for the programmes and convert into compelling and informative messages that convey complex ideas and technical information to various audiences, including employees, customers and sponsors
  • establish two-way engagement channels and monitor and analyse stakeholder engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and adjust as required
