Responsibilities

  • Personally lead internal/external design teams for a major Building Program consisting of several sub projects both new building and remodelling. Accountable for efficiently managing through the sequential phases of the design process: feasibility study, design brief and success criteria, basis of design, detailed design, bidding process, execution & shop drawing reviews, permitting and close out of projects.
  • Drive design alignment with multi functional stakeholders and management teams. Clearly communicate design process, milestones and decisions needed. Responsible for design communication.
  • Ensure construction meets design intent, review progress on site, design input to construction partners, manage and direct design partners on the same.
