Responsibilities

  • The Project Assistant will assist with the management of multiple projects, and specific project tasks within project work plans and development of presentations. Responsible for coordinating events, arranging meetings, recording minutes, and other duties in support of project activities. Responsible for supporting and coordinating the division calendar(s) inclusive of leadership calendars. Assists in designing, implementing, and managing standard documentation templates and tools to support project management activities. Assists with data collection; data analysis and summarization; and preparation of presentation graphics, flow charts, and other project related communications. Provides timely and accurate reporting of project performance metrics, including progress and outcomes. Ensuring project activities are in compliance with defined standards and assists with the management of customer expectations and customer interactions.
