Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Design initiative for Industrial Buildings (new construction, renovations, tenant improvements)
  • Development of space requirements presented by departments within Ferguson
  • Development of schematic design documentation for Ferguson’s facilities
  • Develop and manage 3rd party design consultants during development of construction documents
  • Maintain a cooperative and productive working relationship with all components of the Facilities Department OTHER
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
  • Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
