  • Records customer complaints and works with Customer Service Manager to improve the customer experience. Works collaboratively with all internal resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Learn customer processes and tools and support customer requirements. Answers questions from customers or directs them to the person able to assist them.
  • Follow up with customers regarding projects in the backlog weekly or monthly based on customer material requirement date.
  • Creates Sample Requests and follows up to ensure shipment occurs in a timely manner.
