What will my responsibilities be as a Project Coordinator?
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Corporate Real Estate project delivery, coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, supporting budget management, assisting in risk management, preparing project documentation, conducting research and analysis, coordinating site logistics, supporting project closeout, and providing administrative support.
What are the required qualifications for this position?
The required qualifications include 1 – 3 years of experience in project management, architecture, real estate facilities, engineering, or interior design, strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, competency in software and technology (particularly Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project is an asset), and a collaborative team player mentality.
What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, with the potential to participate in a bonus program.
