Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to plan and deliver project requirements within agreed deadlines
  • Contribute to the planning and closing stages of a work stream
  • Handle all tasks during the execution stage of a work stream
  • Assist with the development and review of effective processes and methodologies, including process improvement and reviewing best practice
  • Various administration and reporting duties which may include (but are not limited to), task lists, project plans, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and status reports
  • Maintain effective lines of communication, expectations and reporting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and complete implementation of each initiative
