Responsibilities

  • Gestire l’intero processo di sviluppo di nuovi progetti per i clienti assegnati
  • Elaborare e controllare le specifiche di prodotto in collaborazione con la produzione e il reparto commerciale
  • Intervenire nelle trattative con i diversi fornitori per quotazioni specifiche
  • Gestire nei sistemi informatici i flussi delle diverse fasi di produzione dei nuovi prodotti, cambio artwork e change control a sistema
  • Gestire approvazioni e specifiche di prodotto per la grand distribuzione
  • Creare le distinte base del semilavorato e del prodotto finito
  • Interfacciarsi con R&D e QA nella fase di interpretazione e definizione del briefing di prodotto
  • Interfacciarsi e coordinare l’attività con i reparti tecnici per lo sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti (formule, packaging, documentazione tecnica)
  • Gestire il servizio post-vendita sui clienti seguiti
  • Seguire la fase di produzione in termini di analisi dei rischi con i responsabili di produzione e confezionamento
  • Partecipare a fiere di settore e incontri con i clienti per la presentazione dei prodotti e delle nuove materie prime.
