Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the project team to deliver projects through various phases, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with established project reporting systems and guidelines.
  • Develop and integrate effective support systems to assist the Project Manager in managing and controlling change.
  • Process contractor possession and isolation applications, ensuring they are complete and submitted within prescribed timeframes.
  • Monitor contractor performance indicators and provide regular progress reports.
  • Support the Project Management team in maintaining a safe working environment during project execution.
  • Manage and supply both generic and site-specific methods of working, including risk assessments, within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, Environment) risk assessments are completed by contractors and monitor compliance.
  • Adhere to the Investment Competence Framework.
