Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the internal and external design and construction project team
  • Support on the development of scope narratives, budgets and schedules that will be used to define a project and acquire management approvals
  • Support Contract Administration and procurement groups to ensure strategic methods are developed and applied for procurement of professional consultants and contractors
  • Ensure BLP governance and policy is rigorously followed
  • Support in ongoing improvement of our governance processes & procedures, using analytical thinking
  • Manage all meetings including effectiveness, time management, and documentation management
  • Manage all cost management and projects controls processes. Make decisions to ensure project budget is maintained
  • Ensure development and tracking of project baseline critical path schedule is managed and adhered to
  • Manage the construction administration phase to ensure project and contract requirements are being met
  • Develop and assist with all monthly project reporting. Sign off on all financial project reports, invoices, and similar documents
  • Keep ESG front of mind and lead on the establishment of project ESG targets in line with BLP firm wide ESG strategy
