  • You have several years of experience in project work and could gain experience in engineering of Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure or experience as Manager.

  • You are able to depict the results of your work convincingly based on your outstanding communication skills.
  • You question current processes and welcome new trends and innovations as well as you are able to think strategically and entrepreneurially.

Responsibilities

  • You will ensure efficient project work (classic & agile), assume responsibility for interdisciplinary and cross-unit project management tasks and ensure compliance with project goals regarding time, budget and quality.
  • In collaboration with disciplinary and functional managers you will lead a project team in a global environment, in which you are responsible to setup the project organization and staff the team.
  • You will also be responsible to drive RfI and RfP Processes in collaboration with the functional project team members and Procurement to ensure project staffing by external partners.
  • You will furthermore be responsible for managing Change Requests, which includes the approval processes and the adjustments of project planning and communication.
  • You are also performing Project Risk Management in order to secure the success of the project by early and constant evaluation of the risk and opportunity development within the project.
  • Your experience helps you to support business relationship management and improve relations with the operational business units and corporate functions. You will also perform Communication and Change Management activities in your project.
  • The management of a global, cross-function team with coordinating tasks and ensure communication within this team.
  • In addition, you will participate in the project manager community and provide other project managers with continuing and professional education through corresponding lessons learned and training activities.
