What is the primary focus of the My First 1000 Days project?
The My First 1000 Days project aims to improve the lives of families living in disadvantaged areas of Leeds, West Yorkshire, by developing, delivering, and evaluating a disability-inclusive family group care program that is family-centred and strength-based.
Who will I report to in this position?
You will report to the Project Investigator.
What will be my main responsibilities as a Project Manager?
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating the delivery of the project, managing the decision-making process, monitoring progress, helping the team stay aligned, meeting deadlines, managing risks, and providing reports on the project's progress.
Is experience in managing research projects necessary for this role?
While relevant experience in project management is essential, experience in managing research projects and an understanding of the Higher Education environment is helpful but not essential.
What type of working arrangements are offered for this position?
The role offers the possibility of hybrid working arrangements, and the University is open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
