  • Adaptibility, cooperativeness and your organisation skills are essential, whilst familiarity with working in partnership with corporate organisations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including recruitment of schools, content development, training, safeguarding, risk management, event management, volunteer management and quality assurance.
  • As part of a team of five, you will also be involved with the delivery of other programmes and activities for young readers.
  • You will work closely with the wider School Programmes team, as well as external contacts including corporate stakeholders, and schools, community organisations and local and national media.
  • You will need to be able to be in London for team and staff days, which could be an average of once a month, as well as travelling for in-person project delivery and training when necessary.
