Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain project plans for all activities in the Special Projects area
  • Ensure that the SP activities are visible in the site programmes and in the Master Plan
  • Assist in building and maintaining the architecture of the planning effort together with the rest of the planning team
  • Assist in building and maintaining a governance structure for project- and portfolio planning as well as for operational scheduling
  • Assist in building and maintaining the structure around planning including processes and procedures for planning and scheduling
  • Assist in building and maintaining an information flow to stakeholders responsible for meeting resource demand, to Planning Team, to management, to service sites through Portfolio Planners and to Special Projects respectively
  • Together with the rest of the planning team the SP Planner shall take part in and give input to planning related meetings with key stakeholders
