  • Completion of High School required, post-secondary education preferred.
  • Expert planner in terms of resources, milestones and dependencies.
  • Ability to effectively lead a group of Associates and Partners to Project completion.

  • Being bilingual in French and English would be ideal.
  • 1-2 years of retail leadership experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in merchandising and receiving.
  • Experience in Store Openings & Renovations preferred.


  • Manage project teams of up to 20 people across receiving, merchandising, training, brand standards, etc.
  • Traveling around (75% of the year) and working various shifts (overnight).
  • Communicate effectively (oral & written) Project Updates to stakeholders and advocate for project objectives with stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunities and improve processes as a change champion.
  • Host and/or participate in project visits with Leadership.
  • Strong time management and team follow up (team tasks and personal tasks).
  • Retail/merchandizing and/or Store openings/Renovations leadership experience.
