Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Design Technology strategy and workflows on your projects
  • Establish, Implement and ensure adherence to the UK BIM Framework Standards – BS EN ISO 19650-1&2, BS 8541-1:2012, including Uniclass 2015 & COBie delivery
  • Develop an Information Exchange and Design Collaboration Strategy [ Internal / External ]
  • Monitor project digital data metrics and support the team in accordance to performance
  • Identify, resolve and coach project team members on Model(s) Performances
  • Establish, communicate, and interpret changes in best practices and protocols
  • Align Design Technology strategy / priorities of each project with client / project specific needs
  • Develop and Implement multi-authoring platform solutions to support project needs
  • Partner and collaborate with all DT peers at the studio, office, region and firm levels
  • Represent the project team with all of our partners: design, engineering and construction firms
  • Identify workflows, tools, and efficiencies that will bring value-proposition to our projects
  • Research innovative solutions and co-create with partners continuously in support of projects
