Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate required and strategic content for the Faculty’s social media accounts
  • Coordinate production of visual content as needed
  • Cover events and key moments with live social media, photography, and other multi-media capture
  • Primarily accountable for daily public and private inquiries received via social media and other channels, including email and phone inquires
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital communications
  • Provide regular reporting of social media metrics
  • Assist with the preparation of communication and marketing action plans to increase internal and external community engagement
  • Monitor market dynamics and emerging opportunities
  • Participate in program and event planning meetings and debriefs to analyze impact, document best practices, and areas of improvement
  • Manage special digital projects, initiatives and campaigns as assigned
