Responsibilities

  • The sole Property Legal role is responsible for all legal work in connection with TSB’s commercial property portfolio, comprising Branches, Pods, Pop-Up Sites and Offices. This work includes a mixture of hands-on transactional matters, general property advice and the management of our panel of external lawyers. The key internal stakeholders for the role are TSB’s highly professional and well-respected in-house Estate Management and Facilities Management Teams who the selected candidate will be expected to build a close working relationship with. You will make a difference in your role by demonstrating excellent specialist legal knowledge and offering commercial advice to stakeholders thus becoming a trusted advisor and colleague.
