The primary responsibility is to manage all legal work related to TSB’s commercial property portfolio, including transactional matters, general property advice, and managing external lawyers.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A demonstrable background with several years PQE in commercial property expertise is required, and dual qualification in Scotland as well as England & Wales is ideally preferred.
What types of property matters does the role cover?
The role covers a broad spectrum of property matters including lease renewals, lease surrenders, lease assignments, sublettings, and planning issues among others.
Is experience with external lawyers necessary for this position?
Yes, experience in managing an extensive and varied workload, including managing transactional and property litigation matters undertaken by external lawyers, is necessary.
