Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Estate Management targets are met for assigned areas of responsibility e.g. day to day management of MSAs, SSLs Lease/Licence negotiations, financial controls, site access, rental payments, planning permissions, Legal instructions, phone credit etc.
  • Acquire new or replacement sites within areas of responsibility or other as per network requirements.
  • Maintain accurate rental (including CPI, DOV, adjustments, etc.) and power records in the system and ensure that all payments are made on time.
  • Where appropriate, take ownership of all new site Leases/licences ensuring that accurate information is transferred and accepted into the system.
  • Adopting a proactive, commercial and professional approach in managing relationships and negotiations and in resolving legacy issues with site providers.
  • Ensure that correct documentation is produced, stored and maintained accurately and up to date in systems and records.
  • Provide up to date and timely reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborate with team members in Vodafone Towers and that of the customer/tenants.
  • Contribute as required to all projects and observe all necessary protocols e.g. reporting, confidentiality, data protection etc.
  • Carry out duties in accordance with VTIL systems, processes, policies and procedures e.g. performance management process, financial planning, management and control etc.
  • Be fully conversant and understand authority level and ultimate accountability of this role. Liaise regularly with the immediate manager and other relevant stakeholders to ensure full compliance as the levels are dynamic as the business changes.
