Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in two or more of the following areas: security management, crisis management, emergency management, disaster management, international security, resilience, risk management, business continuity management, intelligence, analysis, project management or any related field.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline, such as policing, investigations, IT, law, risk management, international security, business administration, forensic accounting, economics, or other related field.
  • Solid analytical skills. Ability to contextualize and provide meaning to intelligence.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work objectives.
  • Excellent influencing, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, also in times of high pressure.
  • Ability to rapidly digest, evaluate and filter large quantities of information.
  • Familiarity with communication and presentation tools (sound knowledge and experience in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual, international, and complex team environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
  • International work experience (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the global governance relating to protective security.
  • Perform completeness and quality assessments on all deliverables both at our headquarters and from our global entities
  • Maintain internal standards and guidelines for protective security management.
  • Support and advise internal and external stakeholders on all tasks, deliverables and topics relating to protective security.
  • Ability to review and analyze allegations of external crime.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and handling cases emerging from external threat, and ability to conduct interviews relating to confidential and sensitive cases.
  • Coordinate the investigation of incidents across our global organization, identifying relevant stakeholders for involvement.
  • Deliver training on topics relating to protective security as well as to external investigations, to various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and best practice relating to protective security and external crime/investigations.
  • Contribute to strategies to improve the security and resilience of Allianz Technology employees, operations, and reputation.
  • Perform other related activities as required by the Global Head of Protection & Resilience.
