Responsibilities

  • Individual is expected to source Indirect goods/services (Indirect) independently for respective sites in the scope.
  • Review open purchase requisitions on daily basis along with cluster leader & create best value for the organization.
  • Ensure timely closure of sourcing of requisitions to avoid any impact on business continuity.
  • Identify savings opportunities by collaborating with site stakeholders & execute to meet internal value creation targets.
  • Collaborate with plant/site users to ensure supplier sufficiency for each commodity & identify new suppliers wherever required to facilitate the site.
  • Ensure compliance to purchasing policies throughout the processes & correct the gaps.
