Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test strategies for ecommerce initiatives across enhancements, releases, marketing content launches, A/B testing and more.
  • Develop comprehensive plans and test cases based on functional specifications and user stories.
  • Ensure quality delivery across US and international sites.
  • Document and track defects using JIRA, providing detailed descriptions and reproducible steps for development teams. Build out JIRA tickets for business and UX stakeholders and funnel through the development cycle based on key prioritization.
  • Conduct regression testing, focusing on business and merchandising use-cases, to identify and address any issues or defects in new and existing features.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce lead, developers, and product managers to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement of the ecommerce platform and process.
