Responsibilities

  • The Quality Associate is responsible for providing Quality audit on Operations processes and is responsible for driving overall Quality performance with the intent of achieving contractual objectives and corporate goals with his span assigned
  • Performs regular Quality audits based on accepted standards in sampling to ensure delivery is consistent and at par with client standards
  • Attends Calibration sessions as a participant with the Operations team and the Client
  • Performs quality analysis and is capable of identifying root cause and can create relevant action items to improve and sustain performance
  • Attends internal Weekly/Monthly business reviews with internal stakeholders on overall Effectiveness performance
  • Provide real time notification to analysts/ reviewers on observations gathered from monitoring
  • In Quality Management, you will be overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence
  • This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control, and quality improvement
  • Attends meetings with Trainers, Operations, and QSAs to ensure that processes are aligned to Business Integrity
