Responsibilities

  • Respond to production issues resulting from incoming quality issues
  • Issue Quality Concern to the responsible supplier
  • Work with the supplier to follow the 8D process
  • Achieve quality containment and get certified parts for production to build with
  • Achieve interim and permanent correct actions
  • Track open issues & communicate to the Quality, Engineering & Production teams
  • Work with Quality, Engineering & Production to solve open quality issues at VO & in the field
  • Set up Quality Operating system and APQP reviews with program new tooled parts suppliers
