Responsibilities

  • Accountable to solve complex technical challenges for drive units and its components impacting internal and external customers by running problem solving process utilizing methodologies such as 8D, Lean Six Sigma and Shainin.
  • Work in cross functional teams to implement containment actions, conducting in depth root cause analysis, executing corrective and preventive actions as required.
  • Driving Design & Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify risks and define appropriate actions to mitigate this risks together with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop, validate, implement and consistently improving effective quality controls across production lines in coordination with Design, Production, Operations, Controls and Maintenance teams.
  • Design effective experiments using DOE or other methods to support design and production teams in investigation of various alternative to resolve quality issues.
  • Achieve and improve internal & external customer satisfaction, reducing nonconformities & scrap and improving first pass yield as well as additional relevant objectives and key results.
  • Support capability analysis to investigate and drive improvements of production and supplier processes to meet defined requirements.
