Responsibilities

  • - To provide a quality governance administrative resource to clinical teams, managers and local care quality management groups.
  • - To administratively support local and Trust-wide clinical audit projects and the management of incidents as appropriate.
  • - To work proactively and closely with a wide range of healthcare professionals in the development of clinical audit projects, and support:
  • - The design of practical audit methodologies to elicit valid and reliable results.
  • - The undertaking of literature searches for audit projects.
  • - Ensuring appropriate clinical audit tools are designed to measure standards of care (using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups etc.)
  • - To design and develop databases and spreadsheets for the analysis of audit data.
