What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates should have a degree in a regulated health discipline or business administration (master's preferred), along with 3-5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, involvement in quality improvement and/or risk management initiatives, and preferably certification in Patient Safety and Risk Management or completion of a Project Management Program.
