Requirements

  • Strong Tableau and Tableau Server knowledge with 4+ years of relevant experience in data visualization, analytics, and data-driven strategic marketing role(s).

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develop, and maintain customer dashboards for the CCB Card D&A group and teams across Chase Card using data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Interprets and analyze the insights from Tableau-based dashboards & interactive analytic suites to identify and present actionable opportunities and monitor the comparative effectiveness of various initiatives across Card teams.
  • Packages and presents data and insights in an executive and visualized format.
  • Prepares and automate the data needed for Tableau dashboards, including any statistically derived metrics or benchmarks; and uses multiple analytic tools and data sources to support that objectives, including Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, SAS, SQL, and Excel.
  • Identifies key growth areas and opportunities and communicate recommendations to the Card leadership team and various marketing teams across the firm to influence and fine-tune our marketing strategies.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional strategy teams within Card to design and deliver customized analyses and strategic roadmaps, and synthesize the data into actionable insights to influence and drive business and marketing strategies for the Card businesses.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve our card marketing cost efficiency and drive sustainable business growth.
