Responsibilities

  • Extraction of quantities from Revit models and elaboration of Bill of Quantities
  • Keep control of the information contained in models, creating a strategy for the codification of Revit families. Update the information continuously as the project progresses.
  • Work together with Cost team to elaborate Cost Estimates using data bases of pricing or other data sources.
  • Ability to elaborate high level estimations making assumptions to complete the information of the design.
  • Work together with the Design team to produce specifications in different formats as required.
  • Work together to Design team and other disciplines to produce different technical documents necessary to complete the design package.
