Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sciences or a closely related field, or proven experience in a quantitative research role/brand research
  • Experience with using data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI
  • Data analytics and complex data interpretation experience required
  • Project management skills to effectively drive a complex project and excellent presentation skills (written & verbal) and ability to effectively communicate with senior colleagues
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to develop successfu working relationships with cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed environment, achieve trusted advisor relationships with cross-functional peers to navigate complex projects demands
  • Effective time management and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic R&D community environment

Responsibilities

  • The role involves contributing to a highly complex change programme whilst ensuring legal compliance across Europe Foods technical data & systems
  • Scope, align & deliver portfolio of assigned specification through individual contribution & delivery through others
  • Ensure specification activities are progressing in line with business priorities and facilitate removal of road blocks as required
  • Apply & ensure the team comply with regulatory & legal requirements through collaboration with regulatory teams
  • Enable safe and compliant development through ensuring ingredient standard requirements are effectively deployed across Europe
  • Ensure resourcing needs specific to ingredient activities are captured for all projects across Sector
  • Work effectively within regional and global cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong functional expertise to overcome barriers and deliver initiatives with excellence
  • Contribute to workstreams to improve ways of working across the team e.g. improvement of business processes to drive greater efficiencies, sharing of knowledge to create better team cohesion & developing others through coaching & embedding best practise
