Responsibilities

  • - Existing and new material formulations including equipment modifications
  • - Collaborate with materials engineers and external partners to optimize material formulation
  • - Analyze production processes holistically to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • - Validation activities, processes and changes related to injection, blow mould and extrusion
  • - Work on scale-up projects from prototype to production
  • - Work in conjunction with manufacturing partners to create project plans, and design and investigate results to improve production processes
  • - Eliminate waste from the production process by utilizing LEAN manufacturing tools and root cause analysis
