What is the location of the Real Estate Counsel position?
The role is based Monday to Friday on site at our Head Office in Shirebrook, with occasional travel to our London Head Office.
What qualifications are required for this job?
Candidates must be a UK qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) or a Chartered Legal Executive, with Landlord and Tenant experience. Previous in-house experience is desired but not a prerequisite.
Is previous experience required for this role?
The position is open to applicants with any amount of PQE, including newly qualified solicitors. Experience gained from both private practice or in-house is welcomed.
What type of work will the Real Estate Counsel be involved in?
The role involves managing both contentious and non-contentious real estate matters, property acquisitions, site disposals, asset management, and property litigation, among other responsibilities.

The position involves management of a panel of five law firms across the UK, with plans to add two additional firms shortly.
