  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to advance real estate projects to deliver critical infrastructure to the operations business
  • Develop project level execution strategies based on development nuances
  • Problem solve complex transactional and project challenges to support delivering infrastructure on time and on budget
  • Perform market level diligence to support site selection
  • Represent Waymo with national, regional and local Landlords and Developers through complex real estate transactions
  • Support FP&A analysis of transactions led by you to ensure the cost profile fits within the overall goals of the business.
