Responsibilities

  • Your job will be in the Processing Corporate Actions team of the Operations department of ABN AMRO Clearing.
  • Processing is the entry point to the day-to-day client business and the team knows & understands the entire Corporate Actions flow.
  • On a daily basis, the team processes transactions and payments, related to Corporate Actions like for example dividends and mergers for our clients.
  • Besides this, the team solves errors and exceptions (whenever necessary), and maintains a robust & predictable process, to improve client service.
  • Where possible, the team is focused on automation, digitalization, and process optimization to make our processes more efficient.
  • As an officer in Operations, you are responsible to run and improve the day-to-day business and its processes.
  • You will learn all about the end-to-end flows in Clearing, the role of Operations within Clearing and get knowledge on the activities within Operations and their impact on our clients.
  • You will be challenged to be critical, proactive and take ownership when it comes to your and your colleagues' day-to-day work.
