  • Beratung zu allen betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen und tarifrechtlichen Fragestellungen, einschließlich der Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen bzw. Tarifverträgen sowie Begleitung von Einigungsstellenverfahren
  • Beratung zum Beschäftigtendatenschutz (z.B. Verhandlung von IT-Betriebsvereinbarungen, Transfer von Mitarbeiterdaten in Drittländer)
  • Beratung von Unternehmen, Geschäftsführungen und Vorständen bundesweit in Prozessen vor Gerichten
