Responsibilities

in einem der führenden und dynamischsten Teams für Energierecht - von der JUVE ausgezeichnet als Kanzlei des Jahres für Energiewirtschaftsrecht 2023 - am Puls der Zeit und Gesetzgebung nationale und internationale Mandanten zu allen Themen im Zusammenhang mit der Energiewende und zum Klimaschutz beraten
dich auf eine regulatorisch-energierechtliche Beratung fokussieren und dabei besonders zu Fragen der Transformation der Energiewirtschaft und der Dekarbonisierung der deutschen Industrie beraten, sei es bei der Umstellung auf Erneuerbare Energien etwa durch Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), der Integration von grünem Wasserstoff in Produktionsprozesse, der Erhöhung der Flexibilität des Energiesystems durch Batteriespeichersysteme oder dem Aufbau virtueller Kraftwerke
die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen von Unternehmen des Energiesektors verstehen und Unternehmen insbesondere in den Bereichen Erneuerbare Energien, Energiehandel und Energieinnovation beraten und dadurch aktiv an der Energiewende und Transformation der Energiewirtschaft mitwirken
die Interessen von Unternehmen des Energiesektors gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Prozessrechtlern in streitigen Verfahren vor öffentlichen Gerichten oder Schiedsgerichten durchsetzen
mit uns zusammen innovative Beratungsansätze und Legal-Tech Produkte in einer humorvollen, offenen und wertschätzenden Arbeitsatmosphäre entwickeln
