Responsibilities

  • Du bist vom ersten Tag an umfassend in anspruchsvolle Mandatsarbeit eingebunden. Bei White & Case erhältst du als Associate schon früh die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung im eigenen Team und der gesamten Praxisgruppe zu übernehmen - gemeinsam stellen wir uns täglich neuen, spannenden Herausforderungen! Dazu gehören abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben mit internationaler Ausrichtung, u.a.:
  • Beratung und Vertretung unserer nationalen und internationalen Mandanten wie Banken und andere Finanzinstitute, Private-Equity-Investoren und Unternehmen im Hinblick auf umfassende grenzüberschreitende Finanztransaktionen.
  • Betreuung von Mandanten bei komplexen Fragestellungen insbesondere im Bereich von Fremdkapital- und Bank-/Anleihefinanzierungen, Hochzinsanleihen (High Yield), Akquisitionsfinanzierungen und Unternehmenskrediten.
  • Grenzüberschreitende Arbeit in überwiegend englischer Sprache sowie Anwendung verschiedener Rechtssysteme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren globalen White & Case Büros.
